Duppla’s mission is to democratize access to first home ownership in Latin America for middle income families. They are combining a rent-to-own model with a fractionated ownership structure. This approach will allow Duppla to offer an alternative to mortgage debt and fix a significant obstacle to homeownership in LATAM.
